My family celebrates everything with cake - birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, holidays, you name it. Cake just makes the day special and I've carried on the tradition in my own home. I love crafting cake art! My Aunt Veenie, a true cake professional, taught me the secret to making royal icing flowers and then... I found fondant! Since, I've decorated a cake for every possible occasion with complements from friends and acquaintances. They all wanted to know where they could purchase one for their own celebration.
